1. Acceptance of Fate
By accessing Hesitate Vibe ("the Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must close this tab and return to the paralysis of your own unassisted decision-making. Accessing the tools constitutes an agreement to let digital entropy influence your life.
2. The Nature of the Oracle (Disclaimer)
IMPORTANT: FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY.
Hesitate Vibe is a collection of pseudo-random number generators programmed in JavaScript. It is not a psychic entity, a financial advisor, a doctor, or a lawyer.
If the Coin of Fate tells you to quit your job, and you do it, that's on you. If the Binary Oracle says "YES" to jumping off a bridge, do not jump off the bridge. Use common sense. We are not liable for any life choices, good or bad, made based on our pixels.
3. User Conduct
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You shall not:
- Attempt to hack the random number generator to bias the results (though why would you cheat at solitaire?).
- Use the website to make decisions that harm others or violate local laws.
- Spam our contact email with requests for winning lottery numbers.
4. Intellectual Property
The mystical design, the specific code implementation of the tools, and the philosophical ramblings contained herein are the property of Hesitate Vibe. You may not copy, reproduce, or reverse-engineer the "vibe" without permission.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Hesitate Vibe or its creators be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Life is a game of chance; we just provided the dice.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Internet and the physical location of the developer's server. Any disputes shall be resolved by a coin flip (best of three).
