Privacy Policy

Last Updated: December 24, 2024 — The Age of Data Surveillance

1. The Void Collects Nothing

Most websites want to know everything about you: your age, your location, your favorite brand of toothpaste. Hesitate Vibe is different. We don't care.

We believe that your indecision is a private spiritual matter. When you type a question into the Binary Oracle or input options into the Wheel of Destiny, that data lives strictly in your browser's temporary memory (RAM). It is never transmitted to our servers. It is never saved to a database.

2. Cookies & Ghosts

We do not use tracking cookies, marketing pixels, or analytics spies. The only "cookies" you should worry about are the ones you're struggling to decide whether to eat (hint: use the Coin Flip).

We may use Local Storage—a tiny pocket of memory in your browser—to remember simple preferences, like whether you've muted the sound effects. This data stays on your device and can be cleared by you at any time.

3. Third-Party Sorcery (CDNs)

To make this website look beautiful and load fast, we summon resources from external realms (CDNs like Cloudflare, jsDelivr, or Google Fonts).

When your browser fetches these files, those third-party providers may see your IP address—standard protocol for how the internet works. They have their own privacy policies, but generally, they are just checking that you aren't a robot trying to destroy the internet.

4. Electronic Correspondence

If you choose to email us at painterbambi518@gmail.com, you are voluntarily revealing your email address to us.

We promise to use this information solely to reply to your profound philosophical queries or bug reports. We will never sell your email to spammers, marketers, or data brokers. We hate them as much as you do.

5. Children of the Ether

Hesitate Vibe is safe for all ages, but the burden of choice is heavy. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children under 13. Since we don't collect anything, we're pretty safe here.

6. Changes to Reality

The universe is constantly expanding, and so might this policy. If we ever decide to start tracking you (unlikely), we will post a giant neon sign here. Until then, browse in peace.

"Privacy is the right to the self. Indecision is the burden of the self."
